Administrative Assistant – Corporate team

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing Corporate team in the Cambridge Office. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join our friendly team and develop their career within a supportive environment.

We can consider applications from both full and part time employees

You will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, answering the main telephone enquiry line, email communication and general administrative duties (including file opening and closing, photocopying and scanning) as well as typing letters and other documents.

You will need an excellent telephone manner and organisational skills as well as a keen eye for detail. You will be working with a range of people and departments including Partners and clients, therefore strong communication skills are essential. Good computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge are also needed and preferably experience of digital dictation and case management systems although full training will be given.
