We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our corporate team in the Worcester Office. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join our friendly team and develop their career within a supportive environment.

This is a busy and varied role in a team which works at pace. This is the sort of role where you need to be happy to have a go and work as a team. No day is the same

As an Administrative Assistant, you will need to have

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Confident and able to use your own initiative
  • You will be strong at communicating as you will be working with a range of people and departments including solicitors and support staff.
  • Good computer skills and Microsoft office knowledge are needed

Role of an Administrative Assistant

  • Responsibility for organisation and administration of files for the Corporate team
  • Taking calls and ensuring clients are directed to the relevant fee earner
  • Sending emails as directed
  • File opening and closing using the firm’s case management system (SOS)
  • Photocopying, scanning and other administrative duties
