Harrison Clark Rickerbys are a top 100 full service Law Firm with 8 offices across the UK. Supporting a complex client group of Solicitors and Partners, an opportunity has arisen in the HR Team for an experienced HR Consultant to work with the team on an interim basis for approximately 6 months to cover a period of maternity leave ideally from mid-December 2018.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working as part of the wider HR and Learning and Development team, this is a fast paced, varied and interesting role which requires an experienced HR Generalist who has experience of working within a complex environment, and preferably with either Legal or Professional Services experience from a Partnership background, although any strong generalist experience will be considered.
On a day to day basis, you will be required to act as a Business Partner across the firm to deliver HR support and guidance to Managers and Partners in the areas of Resourcing, Employee Relations and support on Learning and Development matters and project work where required.
This is a great position for an HR professional who excels in a fast-paced, demanding environment and has the resilience, tenacity and credibility to influence across the business. This is a really hands on role, so we need someone with strong operational experience who takes a pragmatic and commercially balanced approach to their work with excellent customer facing skills.
Ideally CIPD qualified or qualified by experience, you’ll be an excellent communicator, a great team player and be able to work with all levels. We can be flexible about the working arrangements so happy to see CV’s from people looking for both part time and full time opportunities.
