Legal Secretary – Wills, Trusts and Estates

We are looking for a proactive and eager individual to join our busy Wills, Trusts and Estates team in our Cheltenham office.

The successful candidate will provide support to a Partner, so must be well organised, be able to multi task and to manage changing priorities with a pro-active approach to their work. Legal experience is not essential, however, experience of working in a professional environment is desirable.

As well as basic secretarial duties such as audio typing and taking telephone calls, you will be responsible for general administrative duties, including photocopying and file opening and closing using our case management system. You need to have strong organisational skills as well as excellent word processing skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
