We are looking for a proactive and eager individual to join our busy Dispute Resolution team in our Cheltenham office to cover a period of maternity leave for a period of up to 12 months.
The successful candidate will provide support up to 4 Partners as well as other fee earners, so must be well organised, be able to multi task and to manage changing priorities with a pro-active approach to their work. Legal experience is not essential, however, experience of working in a professional environment is desirable and audio typing / digital dictation experience is a pre-requisite.
As well as basic secretarial duties such as audio typing and taking telephone calls, you will be responsible for general administrative duties, including photocopying and file opening and closing using our case management system. You need to have strong organisational skills as well as excellent word processing skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
