We want to make a difference. All our donations – and we have given more than £250,000 since we were set up in 2007 – go to people and causes where they can really have an impact in the communities we serve.
Since the start of the pandemic the firm has donated more than £36,000 to charities, in the communities local to our ten offices, affected by Covid-19.
One of the largest single donations of recent years was of £16,000 to the Focus Support Centre attached to Cheltenham and Gloucester hospitals. Raised in one evening at a 1920s-themed ball, that money has paid for the refurbishment of the Centre for the benefit of more than 4,000 cancer patients a year.
Other charities to benefit from donations include the Wye and Usk Foundation, in Herefordshire a Close House project called Livewire Central, the James Hopkins Trust, the Me2 Club in Berkshire, New Hope Charity, St Richards Hospice, DeafBlind UK and St David’s Hospice in Wales.
Adam Finch, Partner at Harrison Clark Rickerbys says “Giving back to our community remains an absolute priority within the firm, and we are thrilled to be able to say so many staff and partners of Harrison Clark Rickerbys continue this outside of the charity.”
