A Bradford-based catering equipment firm has acquired a Worcestershire-based refrigeration and catering group in a deal which involved advice and guidance from our Corporate team.
The Airedale Group’s acquisition of Sprint Refrigeration & Catering has expanded their offering to clients while providing Sprint with a wider customer base. The acquisition is expected to bring together and consolidate expertise in both companies, providing an enhanced service to customers.
Both companies specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of catering facilities. The Airedale Group is backed by private equity firm Rubicon Partners, an investment which allowed them to continue to build on their existing success and acquire complimentary companies such as Sprint.
