Gender Pay Gap Reporting – A Practical Report for Schools

The obligation for schools with over 250 staff to annually publish their gender pay gap presents some problem areas, for example in relation to term time only staff and hourly rate for teachers. We have produced a practical guide for schools with worked examples to overcome some of the difficulties in preparing this data.
