Arabian Royal Family Estate

We have represented the minority shareholder in a central London property agency based in Berkeley Square which manages the multi-billion London estate of an Arabian Royal Family. The client sought an order compelling the majority shareholders to purchase his shares at a specified price. The dispute was referred to arbitration by the recently retired senior Chancery Division Judge of the High Court, and HCR instructed James Potts QC of Erskine Chambers, Chancery Lane. The case settled before a final hearing at our client’s target price of £4 million.
