Corporate team in Cheltenham advise on the sale of leading ladder and fencing firm

Peter Raybould from our Corporate team advised Rowan (216) Limited on the sale of Newent based Ladder and Fencing Industries (LFI) Limited.

It was a complex transaction with Part management buy-in (one director and shareholder bought into the business) and part management buy-out (one existing director of the target company subscribed for shares in the purchaser) backed up by bank loan allowing LFI to explore further opportunities to grow its business.

Established in 1947, of Ladder and Fencing industries (LFI) Limited is one of the UK’s leading suppliers and manufacturers steel, timber, aluminium and GRP ladders, steps and access equipment.
