Production studio sites procured following Real Estate Partner’s involvement

Real Estate Partner Helen Mutucumarana was contacted by a film and television production studio during their acquisition of freehold sites and taking long leases in Park Royal, London, in order to create an innovate and sustainable campus. Helen worked with the studio to acquire the sites, providing guidance and technical expertise.

Helen also worked with the client to support them on their licencing of the premises to television and film production companies and on their bespoke fit-out works to the properties.

Following the successful securing of the sites, Helen said: “It’s always exciting to be involved in a production studio’s latest project, particularly where real estate is concerned. I’m glad our client has the spaces they need to create a vibrant media production community.”
