When clients of a livery yard refused to leave and became difficult to deal with, the owner turned to dispute resolution solicitor Rosie Lewis for help.

Rosie wrote to the livery clients, giving them formal notice to leave the livery yard. Having spent months refusing to leave and making life very difficult for the owner, they ultimately left the yard, removing their horses a few days before the notice expired.

When the matter was resolved, the owner said: “Your service was just what was needed to solve this matter. I would always be very happy to use your services again if ever needed. Thanks again.”
