Double nomination for HCR Law at Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards 2025

HCR Law’s Midlands Corporate team has been shortlisted for two awards at the Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards 2025.

The awards recognise the best in the region’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) dealmaking community and have been described as the Midlands’ ‘go-to commercial finance event’ for senior dealmakers.

HCR’s Midland Corporate team has been nominated in the International Deal of the Year category, which recognises exceptional cross-border transactions, for their involvement in the acquisition of Nortech Management by Vestum.

The team has also been shortlisted in the Deal of the Year category, awarded for standout regional-led deals, for their involvement in IK Partners’ investment in HSL Compliance.

The nominations demonstrate a continued recognition of HCR’s M&A expertise in the Midlands. In Experian’s latest UK M&A report, the Midlands team is ranked second in the region, while the firm retains its leading position for M&A transactions nationwide.

Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards takes place on 11 September 2025 at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
