We are pleased to offer Academies a governance audit service which can be tailored to meet your trust’s needs. Our service includes reviewing your governing documents and minutes of trustee meetings, and speaking with trustees and the senior leadership team either in person or remotely to understand the effectiveness of governance in your trust.
