Barbara Judkins’ service was met with appreciation and gratitude after a successful outcome for a client wishing to claim adverse possession.
With the support of her PA Sharon Horrell, Barbara traced the client’s seller, drafted statements of truth for them both and applied to the London Borough of Hackney to register an area of land. After the three-month period during which no objection was received, the land was registered to the clients.
The client was thrilled with the outcome, adding: “The process was made really easy by HCR Hewitsons and the news was such a relief for us. A superb, professional, and personal service as usual – I can’t thank you enough.”
