I act for a wide range of clients, including private equity investors, companies and individuals, and have experience both in private practice and in-house, including at one of the UK’s most active growth investors.
I take time to understand my clients’ goals so I can support decisions that align with their wider commercial strategy whilst also managing legal risk. I really enjoy getting to know different businesses and how they operate.

Outside work, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and my young daughter.
