I specialise in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial properties in the industrial, logistics, retail and leisure sectors, particularly SMEs.

I have an extensive knowledge of commercial property portfolios including property investment, development and trading businesses. I also have experience advising clients on refinancing where the lender is taking security over property and transferring commercial properties into tax efficient pension schemes (SIPP and SSAS).
