I am an intellectual property and commercial law specialist who balances international legal expertise and experience with strong business acumen.

My knowledge and experience covers commercial contracts, all aspects of IP law, IP strategy, marketing, sponsorship, licensing, and EU and national government contracts.

I have advised on numerous EU & UK funded research agreements, complex IP licences and sales of IP assets. I also have solid experience in the creation of IP-based joint ventures and research contracts.

I’m a pragmatic problem solver and a proven people manager and team builder, securing prestigious awards and nominations.

Outside work my interests include property development, coaching/mentoring and growing odd vegetables. When I’m not doing one of those things, I can usually be found exploring the UK with my family in our trusty VW camper, Freda.
