Bianca Rajasekaran

Solicitor

Why choose me

Supporting older or vulnerable individuals often comes with complex emotional and practical challenges. I guide families through the Court of Protection process with compassion and clarity, offering regular updates and open, jargon-free communication. My aim is to ensure that clients feel informed and reassured every step of the way.

I specialise in Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications (both property and financial affairs and health and welfare), statutory wills, and assisting clients with safeguarding and best interest decisions. I also advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, and Declarations of Trust, as well as managing probate and full estate administration.

Outside of work, I am passionate about raising awareness of human rights issues and committed to empowering more women of colour to pursue legal careers.

Questions my clients ask me

Acting as an executor comes with a heavy responsibility – therefore it is important that you appoint those who you can trust to carry out their duties properly.

This helps us to flag up any potential inheritance tax issues with you, and also helps to determine whether you require succession planning advice. If your will is ever contested, this will give a picture of what your estate looked like at the point of making your will – and that you had the relevant capacity to make one.

I can appreciate that these discussion can be quite emotional and overwhelming. Unfortunately, due to conflict of interests and compliance we must meet you alone to speak about your will.
