As a lawyer specialising in real estate finance, I enjoy the variety of clients I get to work with and the matters I’m able to advise on. Deals are often fast moving, and I enjoy helping my clients to manage risk and achieve their goals.
Given the fast-paced nature of the work, speed and efficiency is critical. I’m extremely responsive, providing regular updates to clients and making sure calls and emails are answered promptly.
I also make sure I understand my client’s needs and wider commercial objectives so that I can tailor both my approach and my advice accordingly.
I have experience of secured lending, commercial investment, refinancing, acquisitions and portfolio management work. My clients are usually either lenders (including high street lenders, challenger banks and building societies) or borrowers, both individual and organisations.
Outside work I enjoy playing both netball and hockey. I also love attending music concerts and festivals and am an avid F1 fan.
