Plot sales is fast-paced, with many deadlines having to be met for exchange of contracts and completions. This is particularly the case at peak times such as Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays where many sales are completed on the same day. Advance preparation is essential for success, as is receiving up-to-date information from buyers’ solicitors to ensure the transactions run smoothly.
Outside work I am a football fan and am an Aston Villa season ticket holder, which takes up much of my spare time. I try to keep fit and enjoy eating out and socialising with family and friends. I also love entering competitions and have won holidays to Rome and Florida in the past, as well as an iPad and Premier League football tickets. I live with my husband in Banbury and have one grown up daughter.
