I help individuals and businesses navigate workplace issues across a wide range of sectors. My work involves advising on workplace disputes, performance and disciplinary matters and employment tribunal claims. I also regularly assist with providing and updating employment contracts, policies and handbooks, as well as preparing or advising on the terms and effect of settlement agreements.
My route into employment law was slightly different. I qualified into litigation in 2024 and initially provided support to the employment team on an ad hoc basis, often assisting with contentious employment matters. I quickly found myself drawn to the people-focused nature of employment work and the variety it offers. My litigation experience continues to be invaluable, particularly when advising on employment tribunal claims and restrictive covenant disputes.
I always work hard to secure the best possible outcome for clients. Whether I’m supporting an employer defending a claim or an individual pursuing one, I focus on providing informed advice, finding solutions that meet their objectives and ensuring clients feel supported through the process.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, walking my dog, and more recently, horse riding.
