I specialise in dealing with a wide range of corporate and personal immigration matters.
From a corporate perspective, I advise and support companies of all shapes and sizes with the transfer of existing employees and/or new hires who are overseas nationals to work in the UK.
I help with Sponsor Licence Applications, enabling them to sponsor and recruit overseas workers.
I also provide advice on a full range of points-based visas such as the Global Talent visa route. This includes assisting through the endorsement stage and the visa application stage.
All this work extends to assisting with the relocation of accompanying dependants.
From a personal immigration perspective I have extensive experience in handing complex family-based applications for entry clearance and Leave to Remain. I regularly assist with applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain from various visa routes including, Skilled Worker, Global Talent, Innovator Route and Spouse visa.
I also provide advice and assistance relating to applications for British nationality.
My work involves personal and family matters and often includes assisting vulnerable individuals such as asylum seekers and victims of domestic violence. Because these situations are so sensitive and important, I take great pride in being thorough and paying a great deal of attention to detail – as well as working with empathy and approachability.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing football and going for long walks. I am an avid football fan and follow my local team, Leicester City FC. I am also a fan of MMA.
I enjoy travelling to new destinations around the world too.
