As a restructuring and insolvency solicitor, I help businesses, directors, lenders and insolvency practitioners understand their options, protect what matters and find the best way forward when financial difficulties arise.
I advise on corporate restructuring and turnaround, formal insolvency procedures, creditor and lender advisory work, directors’ duties and liability, distressed transactions, insolvency litigation, asset recovery and security and enforcement.
I work with insolvency practitioners, LPA receivers and company directors, providing practical legal advice during challenging and often time-sensitive situations.
By taking the time to understand my clients’ circumstances, priorities and objectives, I focus on finding solutions that protect their interests, while keeping time and cost firmly in mind. I anticipate potential challenges, remain available when my clients need me and bring together the right people to keep matters progressing smoothly towards the desired outcome.
Outside work, I enjoy cooking, discovering new foods while travelling, spending time with family and friends and walking my miniature dachshund with my daughter.
