Real estate finance provides a variety of challenges day-to-day, requiring a good degree of problem-solving. I ensure to utilise all the tools available to me to investigate sites for my clients – allowing me to provide advice on its potential and any aspects to be mindful of.

My entire legal career to date has been spent in the development sub sector of real estate law. This means I’ve been exposed to a wide variety of situations. I make sure to always think about the commercial impact of a finding on my clients’ project and bring this to their attention as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays or expenses.

I’ve worked with developers, landowners, investors and self-build plot purchasers, providing guidance on specialisms including site acquisitions, site set-up and plot sales, option agreements and overage. I also specialise in development finance and bridging loans.

Outside work, my passions include keeping up with sports including basketball and boxing, and travelling. I also have a Springer Spaniel who loves long walks – so she keeps me active!
