I always take the time to understand the dispute from my client’s point of view and then work hard to find the most appropriate solution to their needs, rather than applying a one-size fits all approach.

I’ve worked with a range of clients, from individuals who have more personal matters to companies with large commercial disputes.

I can assist with a variety of general commercial disputes, but being part of the IP and Technology Disputes team, I regularly deal with copyright and trade mark infringements, domain name disputes and Company Name Tribunal applications. This means protecting what makes you and your company unique along with what you create. I have also supported clients with supply contracts and IT software disputes, director and shareholder disputes, and company restoration applications.

Outside work, my passions include fitness – I love a challenge – and learning; I enjoy and am inspired by listening to podcasts by people at the top of their game sharing their expertise.
