I also specialise in promotion and joint venture agreements, collaboration, options and overage terms.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family; especially being with my little boy.

Questions my clients ask me
There are various parties to the transaction, including third parties, who can have long response times, such as search providers. When we report to you to take instructions, the solicitor on the other side will do the same and so often it can take a couple of weeks to get a response. We are often negotiating complicated documents and are ensuring that your risk is limited as far as possible and these negotiations take time to ensure we achieve that.
Searches are very important. They may reveal something you did not know which could affect a resale of the property or your ability to secure lending on it.
