As a real estate solicitor, my job involves building long-standing relationships with clients and ensuring I am both personable and practical when it comes to helping my clients achieve their goals.
I have worked with individuals, landlords, tenants and businesses and will continue to work with agricultural businesses and a wide range of commercial clients.
Outside work, my passions are rural life and spending as much time as possible out on my partner’s farm learning the ropes. When I’m not there, I’m often socialising with friends and family.
Choose a solicitor you both trust and can create a good working relationship with.
If you have any questions or worries, don’t be afraid to ask.
Get a solicitor involved as early as possible to get the ball rolling.
How long will my transaction take?
It is very difficult to say how long a transaction will take – this varies from case to case. I will be able to provide an estimate once information is received, and will always update you on realistic timescales throughout the transaction. However, I will always try my best to meet your timeframe.
What do you think?
I am here to advise you legally and give my professional opinion but ultimately the decision is for the client to make with that advice in mind.
How much will it cost?
As with the length of a transaction, it is difficult to give a precise quote, but I will always estimate as closely as I can with the information provided.
