Whether I’m working with a start-up in the tech space or a creative team in production, I prioritise clear, practical guidance that fits the way they work.
I advise clients across the media, entertainment, tech and video games sectors on a wide range of commercial and intellectual property matters.
In particular, I help businesses protect what they create, whether it’s content or code, and support them in navigating commercial agreements with confidence. As such, my work often involves advising on the protection and exploitation of intellectual property, including copyright, licensing and the legal frameworks that support creative and technological innovation.
I work with clients on both sides of a transaction, so understand the pitfalls of a starting a business relationship and the difficulties of potential disputes.
I also support clients with the day-to-day legal challenges of running a business, offering commercially-minded advice.
I am a dual-qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) and Juriste International (France).
Outside work I have various hobbies. I’m passionate about music, especially movie soundtracks, and I play the drums. I also enjoy drawing, swimming and writing. I read a lot too, and my favourite genre is fantasy.
