I also value the collaborative nature of real estate, working with clients, surveyors, agents, fit-out contractors and other solicitors to complete transactions smoothly.
I support landlords and tenants with commercial real estate matters, including acquiring, disposing of and letting offices, industrial units, laboratories and retail units, as well as ongoing portfolio management. I also advise on the real estate elements of business and share acquisitions and disposals.
I’m proactive and responsive – I’m always at the end of the phone. I always take a commercial, pragmatic approach, looking for solutions (especially cost-effective ones) rather than hurdles.
Outside work, I enjoy travelling, watching rugby – especially Ireland in the Six Nations – and catching up with friends and family.
