Dispute resolution appeals to me because of the diverse nature of the work and the strategic thinking it involves. My background in antitrust and competition litigation has given me a strong foundation in managing complex, high-stakes matters – experience I now bring to broader commercial disputes.
I help clients resolve complex commercial disputes by unpicking legal problems and finding practical solutions aligned with their business objectives. I enjoy getting to know my clients and understanding how their businesses operate, taking the time to understand not only the legal issues at hand, but also the wider context and commercial drivers. Whether acting for public bodies or private organisations, I provide clear, strategic advice tailored to each client’s specific circumstances.
My areas of expertise include commercial dispute resolution and competition law claims. I also advise on judicial review, public procurement challenges and other public law matters.
Outside work, I’m learning Japanese, having spent part of my legal career working there. I’m also a keen painter and can often be found with a paintbrush in hand in my spare time.
