I help businesses to grow by gaining vital funding. If you want to develop your business, I’ll get under the skin of your organisation, find the best lending solution for your situation, and help you with all the necessary documentation to make the process as painless as possible.
Although I specialise in the advanced manufacturing, health and social care, and agricultural sectors, I’m passionate about helping businesses in every industry at every level. Some of the transactions I’ve been involved with include funding for innovative new products and acquisitions of unique companies, and it’s fantastic to see my clients reach new heights following a successful injection of funding.
I work with a wide range of banks and financial institutions, as well as more modern funding channels, such as crowdfunding or VC money. I’m available to my clients whenever they need my advice, I act quickly to ensure the deal gets done, and I can help connect you to the right people.

If you want to avoid potential pitfalls, get us involved early on so we can smooth the process.
We’re more than just solicitors –we’re a support network. Discuss your vision with us, and we’ll be able to connect you to people that can help you succeed.
Rome wasn’t built in a day, and a successful transaction isn’t either – financing can take longer than you might expect, so plan ahead and be flexible.
Questions I’m frequently asked
What bank would you recommend?
It all depends on what you’re looking to finance. Some funders are much more experienced in certain sectors and this can count for a lot, particularly at credit stage. As there are thousands of funders out there, I’d recommend giving us a call as early as possible so we can connect you to the best ones for you.
What is ‘market’?
Given the transactions we are involved in, we can advise on what’s common in the market at any point. However, we always recommend that you follow what’s right for your deal, rather than following the crowd
