Why choose me
Restructuring and Insolvency is like puzzle solving; every case needs taking apart and piecing back together to reach a resolution that fits for all. It requires a combination of technical and commercial skills.
Clients can rely on me to manage their expectations and set realistic deadlines. I’m always at the other end of the phone, whether it’s something I can help with directly or something that could involve other members of the team. I understand clients need security at a time where they’re likely to be at their most vulnerable or when they are under pressure to get advice quickly. I have worked with individuals, directors and insolvency practitioners on a range of matters including bankruptcy and insolvency conveyancing, with a focus on contentious litigation.
Outside work, I enjoy writing games and designing costumes for interactive experiences. I ran online discord games during the pandemic, which are now operated in-person in the UK and across Europe.

Questions my clients ask me
It is important to agree a clear action plan at the start of the matter to build a realistic fee proposal. The cost will obviously follow the case, but having a understanding of what the desired outcome is and setting out how that is going to be achieved will guide the estimate. Throughout any case, costs will always be updated and any issued discussed to ensure that you are not left with large, surprise invoice at the end.
