Why choose me
A property transaction not a straightforward process and is extremely stressful. I help people buy and sell their homes by handling the legal process, making what can feel like a complex experience as straightforward as possible.
I specialise in residential property and have experience working with a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to institutional landlords. This includes investment companies, international clients relocating to or investing in the UK, and those moving into retirement communities or park homes.
I take a highly client-focused approach, building long-term relationships and often acting for clients on multiple transactions over many years. Every client and situation is different, so I focus on being available, flexible and approachable, keeping matters moving while protecting my clients’ interests.
Clear communication is central to how I work, ensuring clients feel informed and confident that they understand the status of their transaction throughout the process. I provide empathetic, practical advice tailored to their specific needs.
I’m committed to continually developing my knowledge so I can guide clients in the best possible way.
Outside work, I enjoy travelling and am also involved in multiple charities. I’m passionate about personal development and always working towards the best version of myself. I value doing good for others, both in my professional and personal life.

Questions my clients ask me
It depends on the circumstances of each transaction. Some can be completed in a matter of days if all parties are motivated, while others may take longer where there are complexities or issues to resolve.
The deposit, usually 10% of the purchase price, is paid on exchange of contracts, not before. Until exchange, either party can withdraw, but once contracts are exchanged, the agreement becomes legally binding.
Fees vary depending on the type and complexity of the transaction. This can include factors such as whether the property is freehold or leasehold, shared ownership, new build, unregistered land, mortgaged or financed with specialised funding, as well as the nature of the transaction itself. A clear and transparent fee can be provided at the outset, with no hidden costs.
