I also have extensive experience in landlord and tenant matters, leasing and portfolio management.

I’m a commercial development and investment specialist, with experience acting on major schemes in the logistics, retail, student accommodation and office sectors. I advise developers and investors on development funding agreements, development management agreements, infrastructure delivery agreements, pre-lets and investment leasing. I support clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing commercially minded, strategic advice from acquisition through to practical completion and exit.

  • Acting on the purchase of a West Midlands shopping centre for an international property investor and developer
  • Advising a national logistics developer on a conditional forward sale agreement for the development of a regional distribution centre, involving complex land assembly and delivery of estate-wide infrastructure
  • Advising a national developer on the forward-funded acquisition, development and pre-let of a major automated distribution hub
  • Advising a national charity on the strategic purchase and subsequent refinance of a multi-let, mixed-use commercial building in Birmingham
  • Acting for a national property investment and development company on the acquisition of a multi-let industrial and logistics estate in the East Midlands
  • Advising a family-owned property fund on the acquisition and subsequent lettings of a multi-storey office building in the West Midlands

Outside work, I’m a keen rugby fan and a former player. I also enjoy spending time with my young family and exploring the Warwickshire countryside with our family dog.
