I advise developers and investors on development funding agreements, development management agreements, infrastructure delivery agreements, pre-lets and investment leasing. I support clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing commercially minded, strategic advice from acquisition through to practical completion and exit.

- Advising a national logistics developer on a conditional forward sale agreement for the development of a regional distribution centre, involving complex land assembly and delivery of estate-wide infrastructure

- Advising a national charity on the strategic purchase and subsequent refinance of a multi-let, mixed-use commercial building in Birmingham

Outside work, I’m a keen rugby fan and a former player. I also enjoy spending time with my young family and exploring the Warwickshire countryside with our family dog.
