I review property-related paperwork for clients so they can get on with doing what they do best, running their business.

I support my clients with new and existing leases, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and sales, option agreements, conditional contracts, overage agreements and infrastructure agreements. I also assist with property financing and refinancing, property due diligence for corporate transactions and in providing independent legal advice to guarantors, borrowers and occupiers.

My clients range from sole traders to large corporates, as well as land and property developers and pension funds. I enjoy building long term relationships – many clients come back repeatedly – and I regularly collaborate with other professionals including banks, accountants, surveyors and commercial property agents.

I tailor my advice to each client and prioritise responsiveness, especially at critical stages of a transaction. I identify potential issues early to keep transactions running smoothly. Clients value my attention to detail, practical knowledge, thorough approach and great sense of humour!

Outside of work, I’m passionate about the theatre. I’m a member and treasurer of The Northampton Musical Theatre company, and I also love to travel.
