As a real estate lawyer, I love seeing developments progress through from acquisition to build to sales. It’s my job to work with my clients to think outside the box and provide proactive solutions to problems that arise.
I make sure to speak to my clients in plain English, not legalese jargon. I’ve had a vast amount of experience in the real estate sector over the years, having worked with developers, landowners and registered providers. My specialisms include real estate acquisitions and disposals, site set ups, registered provider model leases and options. I also deal with promotion agreements, multi-party land deals, easements, restrictive covenants and land registry issues.
Outside of work, my passions include motorcycling, my dog, property in the form of my own renovation works and am a member of our local amateur theatrical society.
