With over 15 years’ experience in legal, financial and regulatory risk, I specialise in co-ordinating and carrying out detailed due diligence for companies preparing to sell, acquirers and investors.
I’ve worked for the Solicitors Regulation Authority, supervising some of the UK’s top 200 law firms, and collaborate with a range of teams on high-profile law firm acquisitions and mergers.
I’m experienced in drafting detailed and complex due diligence reports for buyers, identifying any potential issues and providing practical options to mitigate losses.
My due diligence specialisms include audit and investigations, risk and compliance, and file reviews. I have worked with law firms, private equity, and accountancy businesses, providing regulatory guidance and advice.
