I advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, portfolio management, asset optimisation and landlord and tenant matters, including complex lease negotiations. I also support corporate transactions involving land and asset considerations and provide due diligence for investors and funders.

My work involves problem solving that’s analytical, creative and collaborative, often bringing together multiple disciplines – something that I enjoy in particular.

I combine strong legal expertise with a commercial mindset. For me, going above and beyond means being genuinely invested in clients’ outcomes — listening closely, communicating openly and making sure clients feel supported at every stage. Outside work, I’m drawn to anything that blends people, places and culture — travelling to new destinations, discovering modern art, enjoying good food and drink, and following Swansea City home and away.
