Why choose me
As a residential property specialist, my role involves working closely with clients, providing advice and guidance which leads to the purchase or sale of a home. This requires excellent communication skills in order to ensure matters are completed efficiently and effectively.
My clients range from first-time buyers to property developers and high-net-worth individuals. I provide advice across shared ownership, leasehold and freehold purchases and transfer of equity cases. Alongside this my specialisms include remortgages, transfers of part, and sale and purchases. Clients trust me to provide prompt responses to their queries, while being approachable and friendly.
Outside work one of my passions includes running, taking to the streets of Cambridge and enjoying the sites the city has to offer.

The average transaction takes 16 weeks. We aim to complete matters within as soon as possible, however, we will keep you updated of developments throughout the process.
