I specialise in claims concerning the validity of wills, proprietary estoppel both pre and post death, disputed estates involving agricultural assets, and the removal and substitution of executors.

I advise on claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 for reasonable financial provision. I have particular expertise in spousal claims and claims on behalf of minors.

I also deal with disputes that arise within an agricultural setting relating to the dissolution of farming partnerships on death.

I am ranked as a Band 2 Lawyer in Private Wealth Disputes in the 2025 edition of the Chambers High Net Worth Guide, with particular recognition of my proprietary estoppel expertise. I am also ranked as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ in the Legal 500 2025.
