I help businesses navigate major changes, including taking on investors, buying other companies and merging with or being acquired by another organisation. My role is to simplify the legal process and ensure clients receive tailored legal support for their specific needs.
I chose to specialise in corporate law because it’s intellectually stimulating, fast paced and commercially focused.
As a newly qualified solicitor, I bring fresh energy and up-to-date training, backed by the support of an experienced team. I’m proactive, efficient and commercially minded, and I focus on delivering clear, practical solutions – not just legal theory.
Having recently worked across several areas of the firm, I bring a broad understanding of corporate law and work closely with colleagues to provide a full-service approach. My experience includes supporting SMEs, family-run businesses and start-ups, drafting documents for a range of transactions and assisting with investment rounds.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and running, and I’m a keen sports fan – especially rugby. I run the Cambridge office netball team, organising matches and an annual charity tournament. I also love to travel and recently returned from South East Asia, where I particularly enjoyed my time in Vietnam. As a passionate cook, I take every opportunity to explore new cuisines and attend cooking classes while abroad.
