Why choose me
I help individuals plan for the future of their estate, succession arrangements and the related tax consequences.
I advise on trusts, wills, lasting powers of attorney and wider estate planning. My clients include private individuals, families with assets in multiple jurisdictions, people relocating to or from the UK and both offshore and UK-based trust companies.
I’m particularly interested in how UK and international legal systems interact. As an EU citizen, I have long been fascinated by cross-border work and enjoy learning about the complex regulations that govern overseas assets.
I invest time in understanding my clients’ goals so their succession plans align with their long-term interests. I find in-depth international research especially rewarding, as it allows me to consider every detail when preparing reports.
As I continue to develop my expertise in international succession planning, I’m committed to deepening my knowledge and specialising further in cross-border matters. I work diligently and efficiently and excel at simplifying complex legal concepts so clients can make informed decisions.
Outside work, I love to travel and enjoy playing a variety of racket spots, including padel, badminton and table tennis. Sundays are reserved for Formula 1.

Questions my clients ask me
A will offers assurance to individuals and their families regarding future arrangements. If you’re uncertain about whether you need one, it’s generally advisable to prepare a will, particularly if you have a partner, children or assets.
Depending on your UK tax status, income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax may apply to overseas assets. Strategic planning and proper utilisation of double tax treaties can often mitigate such liabilities.
It’s possible, but it depends on the type and location of your overseas assets, the specific wording in your English will and your residence status.
