As a property lawyer, I help businesses and individuals to make informed decisions when buying, selling or managing property.
My primary aim is the completion of transaction however I bring added value by using my experience to provide commercial solutions and support my clients’ growth.
I’ve always had a strong interest in land and property and enjoy the commercial nature of the matters I advise on. I’m client focussed, regularly advising on large, complex transactions. Clear communication is critical in transactional matters, and I pride myself on keeping my clients informed, offering guidance and updates throughout.
My clients include SIPPs and SSASs, large retail companies, SMEs and corporate landlords. As well as a range of commercial property transactions, I also support clients with real estate financing and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters.
Outside work I enjoy spending time in the outdoors and can often be found hiking and exploring nature with my family. I also enjoy baking and reading.
