Why choose me

Insolvency law can be challenging, exciting and at times very rewarding. Turning around failing businesses often makes it all worthwhile. I always think about the next steps before they happen and communicate what these are and why they are important to my clients. I make sure to be honest with my clients and provide them with a realistic outlook.

Previously, I’ve worked in-house as a non-contentious insolvency solicitor advising mostly insolvency practitioners. I have also advised insolvency practitioners on formal appointments, conducting sales of business assets and advising on the validity of charges and appointments.

My specialisms include pre-pack administrations, validity of security advice, and drafting and negotiating settlement agreements. I also advise on actions against directors and shareholders who have misappropriated assets or breached their duties and help with assigning rights of a contracts from one party to another.

Outside work, my passions include exercise in the form of bootcamps, boxing and reformer pilates! I am also passionate about food. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes and visiting new restaurants.
