A bit about me

Dispute resolution involves an understanding of many challenging areas of law, which allows me to provide tailored, effective and pragmatic solutions to the problems my clients face on a daily basis. These solutions will help to ensure your business can keep moving forward.

I offer commercial advice and guidance which goes beyond surface-level legalese and reduce stress levels by helping clients resolve their disputes early and efficiently. I have experience of dealing with SMEs, multinationals and individual shareholders across a range of different industries.

Outside work, I am an avid sports fan and enjoy running and going to the gym.

Want to know more?

Act as quickly as possible. By identifying the issues at hand at an early stage, you increase your chances of securing the best possible results

Review your record keeping systems and always record important agreements and communications in writing where possible. This will make a great difference if disputes arise in the future

Seek to resolve disputes out of court if possible and be prepared to compromise. Out of court settlements are the most common form of resolution. Although they can feel like a loss, the opportunity to save time and costs while maintaining your business relationships should be considered before seeking court intervention

How long will it take?

It is very difficult to give a timescale at the outset, however we ensure to keep you informed of progress throughout.

What are my chances of success?

We can ascertain this once we have reviewed any evidence at the outset. However, I will give you honest advice about the merits of your case so you can make an informed decision about what to do next.
