I enjoy helping owners and managers set up, grow, develop and eventually sell their businesses, while managing legal and commercial risk along the way. Being part of that journey – or joining at the end to help owners realise value – is a key part of what I do.

Every client and every matter is different. I tailor my approach to what each client is trying to achieve, stay responsive and make sure I’m available to answer their questions.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my young family. When I get some time to myself, I like going for a run and catching up with friends over dinner and a glass of wine. I’m also currently teaching myself to play the piano.
