About me

As an employment and immigration lawyer, my job is to help businesses make the most of their greatest asset – their staff. One way to do this is to bring the best global talent to their team to give them a commercial edge over the competition.

I treat my clients’ problems as though they are my own – I’m not satisfied unless I’ve pushed the boundaries of a case or settlement to ensure their interests are served. As a former business owner, I appreciate everything that goes into making a success of a business, and therefore the need to protect it when it’s challenged.

My approach looks at your desired outcome and works back from there, alongside you, to develop a plan that aligns with your values and objectives.

I’ve worked with fast growing businesses to providing advice across everything from TUPE and collective consultation management to right to work advice. I’ve also helped exit senior executives and successfully delivered skilled worker visa applications.

Away from the office, I take part in charity work and am a governor of a college in Birmingham. When I’m not busy with that, I get stuck into racquet sports and riding anything with wheels!
