Patricia Okello-Amoah

Solicitor

Why choose me

Corporate law is a constantly evolving area of law – the variety of work and the opportunity to help a wide range of clients meet their commercial goals are just some of the reasons I chose to specialise in this area. As a results-driven lawyer, I work as an extension of my clients’ teams, ensuring I’m always available to answer their questions and provide updates.

I’ve worked with a variety of tech and telecoms companies in different jurisdictions, advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance and secretarial.

Outside of work I enjoy going to the theatre and travelling around the world. I also have a keen interest in history and art.
