I specialise in investment-focused real estate transactions, advising on the acquisition, management and disposal of high-value assets. With over 20 years’ experience across the UK market, I bring both commercial insight and technical expertise to every matter.
I’m drawn to the tangible nature of real estate, being able to see and understand an asset and the strategy behind it. My clients are primarily institutional investors buying, managing or selling UK investment property, and I’m known for fully investing in each transaction and driving it forward to achieve the best outcome.
I’m meticulous in my approach. By scrutinising assets from every angle, I make sure my clients have complete clarity on what they are buying and confidence that the price reflects their true value. I also help landlord clients keep their portfolios legally sound and ‘sale-ready’.
At heart, I’m a problem solver. Whether navigating complex title issues or managing challenging timelines, I focus on removing obstacles early. Outside work, that instinct continues and I’m usually to be found fixing something, doing DIY or testing new tech.
